After graduating from the University of Leeds and a brief spell in manufacturing, my retail journey began as a cashier in a North London supermarket. From that early grounding in serving the customer, I’ve been successful in leading teams and delivering results in retail operations, buying and merchandising, and marketing functions – on three continents - before becoming a highly successful global Chief Executive.
